Growing up in humble beginnings, two sisters assisted their mother at Kampung Simee Market in Ipoh, the capital city of the Malaysian state of Perak. Together, they sold various traditional Ipoh cuisines.

Next to their mother’s stall stands Choy Kee Egg Tart, a renowned favorite within Ipoh’s community, which remains well-cherished to this day.

Determined to bring the traditional and authentic taste of Ipoh to foreign shores, the two Ipoh Sisters, along with Choy Kee Egg Tart, founded Ipoh Town Kopitiam. This traditional coffee shop serves their signature Authentic Ipoh White Coffee, Nasi Ayam Goreng Berempah, and Silky Egg Tart, alongside various Chinese bakes and dim sums beloved by many.

他们妈妈的摊位友邻着驰名远扬的才记蛋挞饼家。怡保两姐妹与才记蛋挞饼家共同创立了怡保城茶室。立志弘扬传承正宗的怡保家乡美食，共同提供招牌正宗怡保白咖啡、马来香料炸鸡饭和丝滑的才记蛋挞，以及仍然深受许多人喜爱的各种广式烘培与点心。
